3D Modeling / BIM / COBie

Precise and detailed 3D models for coordination and clash detections as a part of design package to meet latest BIM and COBie requirements.

BIM Level 2 is required by the Government on all public sector construction projects. COBie defines information for assets delivered as part of a facility construction project and is used to document the data for the building information modeling.

3D Rendering

Using 3D CAD model within a software package to create a digital image of the model. The result is a rendered image that is hard to distinguish from a photograph of a real-life object. 3D renders can enhance standard drawing packages - ideal for sales and marketing material to showcase your designs.

Working closely with appointed Chartered Engineers, L3D can outsource and manage structural calculation for any steel project including, but not limited to:
